Autogenic Training – Relaxation sessions in small groups
6-week (small group) deep relaxation in Thalwil

This program is for you if you long for calm, want to reduce unnecessary stress, improve your sleep, ease anxiety, relieve chronic pain, boost your self-confidence and want to prevent burnout well ahead.
Or simply if you want to step out of the everyday hamster wheel and reconnect with yourself.
Planned schedule:
Starting from January 2026, on Thursdays or Fridays, 90 minutes – once a week
The next group starts when 3 participants are registered for the same time.

3 people (to ensure individual attention)
Price:
50 CHF / session
(6 sessions total = 300 CHF)
What a session looks like
Gentle arrival → soft tuning-in → deep relaxation → slow return → feedback time

- 2. Warmth & flow – circulation, nervous system relaxation
- 3. Heart–breath harmonization – natural rhythm, deep calm
- 4. Abdomen/emotional release – inner lightness
- 5. Cool forehead, clear mind – quieting thoughts
- 6. Short forms & positive affirmations – fast daily stress relief
+ Home practice
After each session, you receive a short and easy-to-follow practice for the week, helping you maintain calm and support mind–body harmony.

The group sessions are available in Thalwil with flexible, ongoing start dates once the minimum number of participants is reached.
