Here's what the program includes:
60 min. Mapping Call
We’ll look at where you’re starting from and how easily you can relax, and this helps me to customize the program to your goals.
Autogenic training sessions
8 x 60-min. autogenic training sessions, short introductory discussion and feedback time per session.
You’ll learn the basic exercises that relax your nervous system and promote healing. Once mastered, you’ll move on to advanced practices like affirmations, rewiring thoughts, and easing anxiety. With practice, you can achieve calm anytime, anywhere, focusing inward as the outside world fades.
