My Story…
For many years, I lived with psychosomatic illnesses and had no idea what could truly help me. Completely intuitively, I discovered autogenic training—and that was the turning point that began my healing journey.
At first, my symptoms only eased… but gradually I realized that this method does more than just relieve symptoms—it shapes life itself. I started using it to program goals as well and discovered the incredible power of the subconscious mind, and how the nervous system can be supported and reset at any time. When the sympathetic nervous system, responsible for all our activities, is balanced by the parasympathetic rest system, both body and soul can finally breathe.
It was then that I decided I wanted to help others in this way. I completed the Autogenic Training Therapist training in Switzerland, and since then, drawing from my own healing and experience, I have been working to inspire and guide others on how to balance and soothe their nervous system.
