Autogenic Training is a scientifically recognized relaxation method developed in the 1930s by German neuropsychologist Johannes Heinrich Schultz.
Instead of actively pursuing a goal, you allow the body to gently enter a deep state of relaxation while the mind settles—restoring inner balance through what is known as “passive concentration.” This approach is highly effective for prevention, complementary therapy, and mental reconditioning, offering long-term support for overall well-being.
