Autogenic Training at Work for Stress Reduction & Employee Mental Health
Weekly Workplace Relaxation for Sustainable Stress Management
Autogenic Training for Employees, Companies & Institutions in Switzerland
Welcome – Your Weekly Moment of Calm
Stress, heavy workloads, and constant availability have become part of everyday working life for many employees. At the same time, mental wellbeing, resilience, and sustainable stress prevention are becoming increasingly important for organisations.
Through Workplace Autogenic Training, your employees receive a dedicated space to slow down, recharge, and learn practical self-regulation techniques they can use both at work and in everyday life.
These 30-minute sessions are easy to integrate into the working day and help support long-term focus, emotional balance, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
This concept has already been successfully implemented in a Swiss rehabilitation clinic as well as in corporate environments.
Case Study: Rehaklinik Bellikon
As part of the clinic’s Workplace Health Management (BGM) programme, I was initially invited to offer a complimentary introductory Autogenic Training session for employees at Rehaklinik Bellikon.
Following the positive response and regular participation, this developed into a 12-week pilot programme with weekly sessions. Due to the continued interest and engagement of employees, the collaboration was subsequently extended through to the end of the year.
The 30-minute sessions take place during working hours and provide employees with a practical opportunity to reduce stress, restore inner calm, and strengthen their resilience and wellbeing in a sustainable way.

“I had the opportunity to receive a private Autogenic Training session from Agnes in my office. From the moment I entered the room, I felt a calm and healing energy, and I was able to fully switch off despite the surrounding noise. Agnes guided me very gently, and I felt a renewed sense of inner strength and long-lasting energy afterwards. A truly valuable experience — thank you so much, I would love to come back!”
