  • Duration: 30 minutes per session
  • Frequency: Weekly, same time (flexible by agreement)
  • Location: Quiet room (e.g. meeting room, studio, therapy space)
  • Group size: 6–12 participants (larger groups possible)
  • Format: Sitting or lying down, no change of clothes required

  • Core techniques of Autogenic Training: relaxation, heaviness, warmth, breathing, and heart regulation
  • Thematic sessions: mental resilience, calmness, emotional boundaries, focus, and clarity
  • Practical guidance on how employees can use short self-regulation techniques independently during their working day
