Burnout, depression, anxiety and overthinking

Burnout, anxiety, depression, overthinking

Stop storing the garbage and rise: From blockage to breakthrough

Burnout, depression, anxiety and overthinking.

They show up quietly at first—subtle signs, a little more tiredness, a little less joy. Then they begin to settle in, draining your energy, fogging your clarity, making even the simplest tasks feel heavy. Suddenly, you’re caught in a loop of exhaustion and self-doubt, wondering how you ended up so far from your natural self.

But here’s a powerful truth:
It’s not about the memories. It’s about the blockages.

We often believe that our low energy and emotional pain come from our past—old wounds, past failures, unhealed heartbreaks. While these experiences do leave impressions, it’s the energy we store around them—the guilt, shame, fear, and suppressed emotion—that causes stagnation.

We carry energetic garbage in our system. And like any space clogged with clutter, our inner world loses its flow. Shakti, our life force energy, cannot rise freely when weighed down by emotional baggage.

How do you know you have a block?

You think the same thoughts every day—the same negative, limiting thoughts—and you slowly realize that you can’t even be with yourself. You can’t relax or meditate. The silence feels heavy, almost unbearable. Why? Because every time a feeling came up, you pushed it back. You closed the door on it, suppressed it, buried it deep inside, just to survive. You didn’t want to feel it.

But now… you feel it.

That’s the clue.

Blocked. Anxious. Numb. Tired without reason. Thoughts spinning out of control. Stuck in the past. Fearing the future. Worrying. Overanalyzing.

These are not just symptoms. They are signals.
The body, the energy system, the soul—they’re asking for your attention. They’re whispering (or sometimes screaming):

It’s time to let go.

It’s time to feel what you were once afraid to feel.
To meet the parts of yourself you’ve abandoned.
To sit with your emotions—not to judge them, fix them, or analyze them,
but to hold space for them.

Because only when you stop running, stop numbing, and stop pretending that everything is okay—can the real healing begin.
You’re not broken. You’re full. Full of unexpressed emotion, unlived truth, and untapped wisdom.

And now, your soul is calling you home.

you have to let go of the memory and come back to the now

My journey: Peeling the onion

When I realized that what I was going through was a spiritual awakening—something I had unknowingly started many years ago—I had no idea how many blockages were buried within my system.

It truly felt like peeling an onion—layer by layer—releasing and cleansing my body from old beliefs, inherited patterns, emotional attachments, and clinging memories. Each layer brought more clarity, more lightness… but also required deep trust.

And I started to see something deeper, something I had never questioned before:
I was never left alone in my childhood.

That might sound comforting at first, but it wasn’t.
I couldn’t experience myself—my true self.
I couldn’t explore my own wishes, my own boundaries, what I actually wanted, what felt good or right for me.
There was always someone there to give the answers for me, to tell me what I should do, what I should feel, how I should be.

I was held back simply because the people around me could only hold space for me up to the level they had reached in their own lives.
And so I learned to adapt.
To perform, to stay small.
To disconnect from my truth in order to maintain connection with others.

No wonder I didn’t trust myself.
No wonder I had to learn everything from the ground up again—what I like, what I believe, what I dream of.

I had to learn how to trust myself.
How to trust the universe.
And most of all, how to trust the process.

It hasn’t always been easy. But I now know: this is why I am here on Earth.
This is my soul mission.

To walk this path, rise through it.
To reclaim my voice, my vision, my vitality.
So I can show others how they, too, can cut the cords, drop the weight, and rise—just like a hot air balloon finally released from the heaviness of the ground.

We were never meant to stay small.
We were meant to remember who we truly are.

Be present. Rise.

You don’t need to fix everything.
You don’t need to relive every memory, you simply need to come back—to now.

This is conscious work.
Not once. Not twice. But 500 times a day or more.
The mind will wander to the past—what hurt, what went wrong.
It will jump to the future—what if, what next.

Your task? Gently bring yourself back.
Again and again.

This is the practice.
The muscle.
The mastery.
And over time, it rewires everything.

And here’s the deeper truth:
Now—right now—your task is exactly what you should have experienced as a child.

Back then, you didn’t get the space to discover yourself.
You didn’t get to feel what you wanted, where your boundaries were, how to listen to your own rhythm.
You didn’t get the chance to create freely, to fall and rise again, to explore your inner world without being redirected, corrected, or interrupted.

But now, life is giving you another chance.

Now is the time to give everything back to yourself that you always deserved—but never had the space to realize.
Now is the moment to reparent your inner world.
To meet yourself with kindness, patience, and curiosity.
To allow yourself to unfold—not by force, but by presence.

You don’t need anything or anyone else to complete you.
You need yourself, your presence, your permission, your love.

That’s the path, the gift.
That’s the homecoming to yourself.

Our true nature is high energy, love, joy, peace.

Release anxiety and overthinking and reconnect with yourself

Our true state is not burnout, depression, anxiety and overthinking.
Our true nature is high energy, love, joy, peace.
Always accessible. Always within.

When you release the blockages, even little by little, the energy trapped in the lower chakras begins to rise. The heavy emotional loops loosen their grip. Shakti starts her journey upward—from survival to love, from confusion to clarity, from suffering to freedom.

She rises. And so do you.

You are not broken

There is nothing wrong with you. You are not too much and not even lazy. You are not hopeless just simply tired of carrying what was never meant to be stored.

It’s your natural state and only your responsibility to feel good. Nobody can free you from something you put into your mind. Others can point it out, offer tools, and walk beside you—but only you can decide when you’re truly ready to let it go and rise. That moment of decision is the doorway to your freedom.

So stop storing the garbage.
Clean your space.
Lighten your load.
And rise—gracefully, powerfully, joyfully.

Come back to the present. Breathe. Release. Rise.
The energy is waiting.
And your soul already knows the way.
