What does it mean to embrace your inner glow and share it with the world?
Being a light holder means embracing your inner strength and guiding others through darkness with compassion and authenticity. Have you ever felt like there was something deeper within you, a light that was meant to shine not only for you but also for others too? Many of us have a natural desire to heal, to support, and to make a positive impact on the world around us. However, what if the path to embracing our light isn’t always clear? What if the journey involves unlearning old beliefs, stepping into our true purpose, and trusting the energy that flows through us?
Being a light holder means embracing your own inner glow and sharing it with the world—whether through healing, teaching, or simply by being your authentic self. It’s about recognizing the power within and using it to uplift others, while also staying grounded and connected to your truth.
A personal journey of light
For me, this journey started with a dream. As a young woman, I always had a deep desire to be a healer. I wanted to support people on their journey of personal development, to help them transform their lives, and to be a guiding light for those who felt lost or stuck. But there was one obstacle that stood in my way: I couldn’t become a psychologist, which was the path I initially thought was my calling.
At the same time, I didn’t always know how to get back onto my own path. There was a period in my life when I struggled to handle the multiple challenges I was facing. I felt lost and overwhelmed, and before I could truly find my way, I had to go through psychosomatic illness and burnout. These experiences, though painful, gave me the deep understanding and wisdom I needed to support others going through the same struggles. They became my greatest teachers, allowing me to step fully into my purpose and help others do the same.
The inner pull
Despite this setback, I couldn’t ignore the inner pull. Then something happened that changed the entire course of my life. I met my twin flame. This encounter was like a spark that ignited a fire within me, revealing a whole new dimension of my purpose. By realizing that I didn’t need to follow a conventional path to be a healer. Working with energies and the essence of the soul allowed me to guide others in ways that felt authentic and aligned with my true self.
I embraced my light and began my journey as a holistic therapist and transformational coach. I found that the healing work I had always dreamed of doing was not confined to traditional methods, but could be expressed through energy, intuition, and deep spiritual connection. It’s all energy anyway, so wherever I approach it from, I have to work with it. I no longer felt limited by the labels or societal expectations; I discovered a way to be the healer I had always known I was meant to be.
What does It mean to be a light holder?
Being a light holder isn’t about perfection or having all the answers—it’s about embracing your unique energy and the gifts you have to offer. It’s about accepting that you are both whole and constantly evolving, and that your light can serve as a guide for others on their own journeys.
As a light holder, you shine brightly, but you do so from a place of love and authenticity. You radiate positive energy, healing, and compassion, and you create a space where others can feel safe enough to transform. Your light might take the form of a listening ear, a word of encouragement, or the quiet presence of someone who simply understands.

Being a light holder: How to embrace your own light
1. Connect with your true self to become a light holder
To embrace the role of a light holder, you must first connect with your true essence. Take time to explore your passions, your values, and your dreams. What excites you? What brings you peace? When you start aligning with your authentic self, your inner light will naturally begin to shine brighter.
2. Are you a light holder? Let go of limiting beliefs
Often, we hold ourselves back because we believe we aren’t worthy, capable, or good enough. These limiting beliefs are what keep us from stepping into our power. Challenge these thoughts, and replace them with affirmations that empower you. Remember, your light is not dependent on external validation; it comes from within.
3. Trust the journey and embrace your inner glow
Trust that your path will unfold as it’s meant to. Life isn’t about having all the answers, but about being willing to follow the signs and synchronicities that guide you. Trust that your unique gifts are enough, and that your journey will lead you exactly where you’re meant to be.
4. Be a light holder: Share your light with others
Once you embrace your own inner glow, it becomes natural to share it with the world. Whether it’s through your work, your relationships, or simply by being present, let your light shine. You don’t need to do anything extraordinary—just show up as yourself and allow your energy to uplift others.
5. Continue to grow and evolve and share it with the world
As a light holder, your journey is ongoing. You will encounter challenges and lessons along the way, but each step is an opportunity to expand your light even further. Embrace growth, stay open to learning, and know that with each new phase of your life, your light will only grow stronger.
You can be a light holder too
Each of us has the potential to be a light holder, to embrace our unique gifts, and to share them with the world. You don’t need to follow a prescribed path or fit into a box. Your light is as unique as you are, and when you trust it, you can create a ripple effect that transforms not only your life but the lives of those around you. With transformational life coaching and energy healing, you can effortlessly gain clarity and begin stepping into your power.
Just like me, you can embrace your light by connecting with your true self, letting go of limiting beliefs, and trusting the journey that’s unfolding for you. Whether you work with energy, become a coach, sing or teach, simply show up in your authentic way, the world needs your light now more than ever.
