When the soul speaks louder than words
Sometimes when a client starts speaking, I already sense what they’re not saying. Energy balancing starts in the first 10 minutes of the session without even sensing it.
Their words tell me about stress, insomnia, or a relationship they can’t navigate—but their energy tells me something deeper. Over the years, especially through my own Twin Flame journey, I’ve learned to listen beyond the surface. To feel where the block is. To sense when their masculine and feminine energies are out of harmony.
Some people work with the body. I work with the soul.
This is the story of one such session—an example of how powerful it can be when we allow ourselves to pause, reconnect with our energy, and come back to balance.
When doing isn’t working anymore
Thomas was in his early 40s, a marketing professional working for a global company. When he reached out, he didn’t say anything about energy. He simply said:
“I can’t sleep anymore. I’m overwhelmed at work. I snap at my kids. I know something’s off, but I don’t know what. Can you help?”
We had our first session online. His background looked like a typical home office, but I noticed right away—his energy was not in the room with him. He was scattered, fidgety, talking fast, jumping from topic to topic. He mentioned stress, pressure, and not being able to feel anything anymore. He couldn’t remember the last time he had just… been.
When I asked, “What brings you joy?” he stared at me blankly. It took him almost a minute to answer.
That was the first clue.
Masculine overdrive, feminine silence
Thomas was stuck in what I call masculine overdrive.
He was operating fully from the doing-energy: planning, pushing, problem-solving, fixing, achieving. But there was no space for feeling, receiving, intuition, or softness—the feminine qualities we all carry, regardless of gender.
His masculine energy wasn’t bad—it had helped him succeed in many areas. But without the feminine to balance it, he was running on empty. His body was tense. His mind was in loops. His heart was shut.
This is something I see so often, especially in those who are successful by the world’s standards—but feel disconnected inside.
The moment he started sharing, I felt it in my body. His nervous system was in overdrive. He was somewhere in the past or future, but not here.
And that’s where I always begin: bringing the client into the present.
Bringing him back: The power of presence
I invited Thomas to close his eyes. I gently guided him through a short autogenic training session—something I often use to regulate the nervous system and reconnect someone to their body and breath.
Within just five minutes, his voice changed. His shoulders relaxed. His breathing deepened.
When I asked again, “What are you noticing now?” he said:
“I feel like I’m arriving somewhere. Inside myself.”
That’s exactly the moment the energy starts to shift.
Autogenic training is more than a relaxation technique. It’s a portal back to the self. It helps the mind step aside so the soul can be heard again. And that’s when real transformation can begin.

I hear the unspoken
One of the gifts I received through my own soul journey is the ability to feel someone’s energy behind their words. Especially after experiencing the intensity of a Twin Flame connection—where words often fail and everything is about vibration—I’ve learned to listen differently.
When someone sends me a message or speaks to me, I intuitively sense:
- Where they are disconnected
- Whether their inner masculine or feminine is suppressed
- What emotional block might be holding their energy hostage
It’s not analytical. It’s a knowing. I feel it quickly. And that allows me to guide the session in a way that bypasses surface-level stories and dives into the real imbalance.
With Thomas, I could sense that the root issue wasn’t just stress. It was disconnection from his feminine energy—his capacity to feel, flow, receive, rest, and be nurtured. He hadn’t cried in years. He didn’t even realize he was allowed to slow down.
So I gently asked: “When was the last time you allowed yourself to feel safe enough to fall apart?”
He paused. I could see something move in his expression. That was the doorway.
The mirror exercise
One of the tools I often use in sessions is the mirror exercise—a powerful way to meet your own emotions, truths, and energy patterns with compassion.
I guided Thomas through a simple version of it, asking him to imagine standing in front of himself. Not the performer, not the father, not the team leader—but the boy inside who never got to rest. Who had to grow up fast. Who thought he had to carry everything alone.
As we sat in silence, I saw tears come to his eyes.
He didn’t need a strategy at that moment. He needed to be seen. By himself.
The healing wasn’t in talking more. It was in feeling. Being.
Integrating both energies
Over the next few sessions, we worked together on integrating his energies.
- I helped him create boundaries at work from his healthy masculine.
- I supported him in reconnecting with his body through grounding and breath.
- We explored his emotional world—his grief, his loneliness, his longing—by activating the feminine energy he had buried for so long.
- We practiced autogenic training together to create an inner “safe space” where he could come back to himself anytime.
- Through intuitive coaching, I asked the right questions—not always the comfortable ones—but the ones that shifted his perspective, cracked the story open, and revealed the real emotion underneath.
Thomas began to reclaim parts of himself he didn’t know were lost. He started to listen to music again. He wrote in his journal. He took off one afternoon just to walk in the forest. His children noticed. His tone softened. His smile returned.
Energy balance is not a concept—it’s an experience
So many people think energy balancing is about doing rituals, learning theories, or meditating for hours. But in truth, it’s about becoming present with yourself.
Energy balance is felt, not forced. It’s a return to wholeness, not perfection.
We don’t need to fix ourselves. We need to feel ourselves.
For some clients, the imbalance is deeply physical—they’re exhausted, burned out, or overthinking. For others, it’s emotional—they feel too much and don’t know how to ground it. Some feel lost in a fog, disconnected from purpose, passion, or intuition.
My role is to meet them where they are. To guide them—not with a cookie-cutter plan—but with intuitive knowing, grounded techniques, and a heart that understands because I’ve been through it too.
How I balance the energies
When I feel a client is out of balance, I guide them through a combination of:
- Autogenic Training – to regulate the nervous system and connect with the present moment.
- Mirror Work – to reconnect with their truth and dissolve internal judgment.
- Intuitive Coaching – where I feel the energy and blocks they may not yet recognize.
- Presence-Based Inquiry – my questions aren’t about solving problems but uncovering what’s already inside.
- Embodied Grounding – simple practices to bring awareness into the body, breath, and felt sense.
These methods are not rigid. They flow, depending on the person and the moment. The soul knows what’s needed—I simply follow its lead.
The invitation: Come back to you
You don’t need to “figure it all out.” You don’t need to become someone new. You only need to come back to who you already are—underneath the layers of responsibility, fear, and performance.
Your masculine energy is sacred. Your feminine energy is sacred. Together, they are your inner harmony, your compass, your true home.
If you’re feeling lost, disconnected, or out of balance—know that it’s okay. You’re not broken. Your soul is simply calling you back.
And I’m here to walk with you, hold space for you, and help you remember the power and peace that already live inside you.
