But true alignment does not need chasing.
When desire runs the connection:
- Anxiety increases
- Overthinking intensifies
- Waiting becomes suffering
- Signs become obsession
- Timing becomes pressure
This is not union energy.
This is low-scale survival energy.
Aversion Is the Same Frequency as Desire
Many people swing from longing to rejection:
“I don’t want this anymore.”
“I’m done.”
“I’m pushing this away.”
But aversion is not neutrality.
Aversion still says:
- “This has power over me.”
- “I need to control the outcome.”
- “I must protect myself from feeling.”
Pushing something away is just as reactive as chasing it.
Neutrality does neither.
Neutrality Says: “It Is What It Is”
Neutrality does not mean you stop feeling.
It means you stop arguing with reality.
Neutrality says:
- “This connection exists.”
- “This moment exists.”
- “This distance exists.”
- “This love exists.”
No interpretation.

No demand.
When you stop trying to make reality different from what it is, suffering collapses.
You Are Worthy Right Now — Not Later

“I will finally feel worthy when they choose me.”
But worthiness does not come from:

- You stop waiting

but because your nervous system is no longer outsourced to another person.
This is emotional and energetic maturity.
Neutrality Is the Gateway to True Union
Ironically, neutrality is often the frequency where physical union becomes possible — not because you want it, but because you no longer need it.

Because neutrality:
- Removes pressure
- Removes energetic pulling
- Removes unconscious manipulation

- Allows free will
Union can only happen where there is freedom.
And freedom exists only where attachment dissolves.
