Why It’s a Turning Point on the Twin Flame Journey
On the Twin Flame journey, there comes a moment that many people don’t expect.
At the beginning, everything feels like love — deep, magnetic, almost otherworldly.
There is connection, expansion, and a sense of recognition that goes beyond logic.
But then, something shifts.
The love that once felt soft and open begins to transform into something more intense.
Something raw.
Something uncomfortable.
Anger.
And this is where many people begin to question everything.
“Why am I feeling this?”
“Does this mean the connection is wrong?”
“Am I losing the love?”
But what if anger is not a sign that something is breaking…
What if it is a sign that something within you is finally waking up?
Anger on the Scale of Consciousness: A Movement Upward
When we look at anger on the Scale of Consciousness, it sits at level 150.
This is important.
Because anger is often misunderstood as something “low” or negative.
But in reality, it represents a rise in energy compared to the states below it.
Below anger, we find energies like:
- Shame
- Guilt
- Apathy
- Grief
- Fear
These are states where energy is contracted, suppressed, and often stuck.
Anger, however, is different.
Anger moves.
It activates.
It pushes.
It disrupts stagnation.
It says:
“I don’t want to stay here anymore.”
And this is why anger is a turning point.
Because it marks the moment where you begin to come out of emotional paralysis and move back toward life.
From Self-Abandonment to Self-Return
On a deeper level, anger often arises after a long period of self-abandonment.
You may have:
- Ignored your own needs
- Silenced your truth
- Overextended yourself for others
- Waited for someone else to change or choose you
This is especially common on the Twin Flame journey, where emotional intensity can lead to deep attachment and inner imbalance.
At first, this creates sadness, confusion, even hopelessness.
But eventually, something inside you refuses to stay silent.
And that something is anger.
Not destructive anger.
Not reactive anger.
But sacred anger.
The kind that brings your awareness back to yourself.
The kind that says:
“Enough. I matter too.”
This is not the loss of love.
This is the beginning of sovereignty.
Why Suppressing Anger Keeps You Stuck
Many people on a spiritual path try to avoid anger.
They believe they need to stay “high vibration,” peaceful, and loving at all times.
So they suppress it.
They bypass it.
They turn it into guilt.
But suppression does not dissolve anger.
It traps the energy in your system.
And when energy is trapped, it turns into:
- Emotional exhaustion
- Confusion
- Resentment
- Inner disconnection
This is what keeps you stuck in lower states of consciousness.
Not anger itself — but the resistance to it.
Because anger is not here to harm you.
It is here to move you.
Sacred Anger as a Path to Sovereignty
When you allow yourself to feel anger consciously, without projecting it outward, something powerful happens.
You begin to reclaim your energy.
You start to see clearly:
- Where you gave too much
- Where you stayed too long
- Where you betrayed your own truth
And instead of waiting for someone else to fix your emotional state, you begin to take responsibility for your inner world.
This is sovereignty.
It is the realization that:
- You don’t need anyone to save you
- You don’t need external validation to move forward
- You are capable of making aligned decisions for your life
And from this place, your connection to love changes.
It becomes less dependent.
Less reactive.
More grounded.
More real.
Using Anger as Insight, Not Projection
The key is not to act out your anger blindly.
And it is not to suppress it either.
The key is to listen.
Instead of asking:
“Why am I angry at them?”
Ask:
“What is this anger showing me about myself?”
Because anger always points to a boundary.
A truth.
A part of you that has been ignored.
When you begin to work with anger in this way, it transforms into:
- Clarity
- Direction
- Personal power
It becomes a guide — not an enemy.
The Real Shift: Moving Up the Scale of Consciousness
Anger is not the final destination.
But it is a crucial step.
It moves you out of:
- Shame
- Guilt
- Helplessness
And into:
- Awareness
- Action
- Self-responsibility
From here, you can continue rising into higher states like courage, acceptance, and eventually love — but this time, without losing yourself.
This is the real transformation.
Not bypassing emotions,
but allowing them to evolve you.
How I Support This Process
In my transformational life coaching, this is exactly the work we focus on.
Not just understanding emotions —
but moving through them.
I support you in releasing stuck energies like shame, guilt, fear, and emotional dependency, and guiding you back into your own inner alignment.
This is not about temporary relief.
It is about learning how to navigate your inner world in a way that stays with you for life.
So you can:
- Regulate your emotions
- Recognize your patterns
- Stay connected to your truth
- Make aligned decisions without external dependency
The goal is not for you to rely on therapy forever.
The goal is for you to become self-led.
To build such a deep connection with yourself that you can manage your emotional balance independently — in any situation, at any time.
This is true empowerment.
Anger is THE Signal
Anger on the Scale of Consciousness is not something to fear.
It is a signal.
A movement.
A doorway.
It shows you that you are no longer willing to stay in states that diminish you.
And if you allow it to guide you — instead of suppressing or projecting it —
it can lead you back to your truth, your power, and your sovereignty.
Because in the end, this journey is not about holding on to love at any cost. It is about becoming someone who can love — without abandoning themselves.
